Today I am sharing my top five packing must haves that will totally transform how you travel. Making your trip smoother, more luxurious, serious and way more fun. You know me, I always like to share my personal stories so that you can pack smarter, not harder.

I am going to tell you exactly where to get these game changing items from my carefully curated Amazon storefront. Okay, first off the bat, packing cubes. Back in episode number three. Way back. Episode number three of Jet Setting with me.

Actually it was called make it. I don't remember what it was called back then. It was more Disney focused. But anyway, episode three of Jet Setting with me, Ashley, my very dear friend of Once Upon a Wardrobe and I had a packing cube debate. But packing cubes are absolutely the hill that I will die on. They are a total game changer. Keeping your suitcase organized, saving space and making unpacking a breeze. But here's my pro tip.

Make sure you have sizes that will easily fit into your carry on suitcase. So back when I first purchased my packing cubes, I was a checked baggage girl. That is until I learned how to pack in a carry on, which is in episode number 76 for your reference. Once I turned into a carry on bag lady, I had to update my packing cubes. Number two, Portable power bank. I have this on every single packing list that I send out. Travel and smartphones go hand in hand. Now you need an app for everything.

Airlines, theme parks, cruise ships, Google Maps, translations, WhatsApp. I'm probably missing like a dozen, but they all drain your battery. Don't be that person who has to beg to borrow a charger at the local coffee shop. Carry a high capacity, high capacity portable power bank. Dead devices are the absolute enemy of luxury travel. Number three, a lightweight pashmina, AKA travel scarf. This versatile travel scarf doubles as a stylish accessory. Stylish.

You know me. Extra AF and an extra layer on chilly flights. So you get to pack smart and chic all in one. I am guilty as charged. I owe one in pretty much every color so I can match any outfit that I packed. They come in handy in places like London or Hawaii where the climate shifts dramatically from minute to minute, morning to evening and you need to be able to stash it. The pashmina. You can roll it up and stash it in your purse in the middle of the day when you probably don't need it as much.

Number four Noise Canceling Earbuds. I cannot believe that I went without these for so long. Traveling can be stressful. Mr. Setting with me who you can actually hear on episode number 100 teases that I love vacation but hate to travel. Truth I'm not a fan of airports, long car rides or overnight trains. So what a difference my noise canceling earbuds make. It blocks out the hustle and bustle of the airports, noisy cabins, children crying.

It's the key to peaceful flights and arriving refreshed to make those unforgettable memories. And finally, a large travel duffel bag with a shoe compartment. For travelers who want roomy functionality with a chic vibe, a travel duffel bag is the absolute way to go. I'm a huge fan of ones with a separate shoe compartment and a TSA approved toiletry bag that matches, making that easy to remove for your TSA screening.
